Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is a great way to start your day loaded with nutrients, as well as very refreshing and filling. The fresh blueberries and raisins on top make it sweet and nutritious. Feel free to add any toppings of your choice, such as dates, granola, any sliced up fruit, or dried fruit. 

*Note: when freezing bananas, it is easiest to slice up the banana and put it in a baggie and then freeze the slices.

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas 

  • 1 cup of frozen berries of any type 

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of orange juice, coconut water, milk, or other liquid of your choice

  • 1/4 cup of blueberries or fruit of choice for on top 

  • a sprinkle of raisins or other dried fruit

Instructions:

1. Put the frozen banana in the blender with the cup of frozen berries and the 1/2 cup or so of your liquid choice.

2. Blend to thick consistency.

3. Pour in bowl and add toppings of your choice

4. Enjoy!
