Embrace Your Wellness Group

Are you looking for support, connectiveness, and accountability as you start or work on your weight loss or health journey? I run a nutrition and wellness support group each month where we meet on Zoom once a week as a small group (average group size is 6). I am there to offer nutritional advice based on your interests and questions and everyone comes with their own goal or goals. As a group, we support each other by sharing weight loss ideas, plans, recipes, meals, and snack ideas, as well as discuss effective and useful tactics to hold yourself accountable. Each week everyone sets their own goal to work on and as a group we support each other on our own wellness journey. We also have a group text and/or email where we correspond with each other throughout the week!
